Telling a Story of Love, Survival, and Black Resilience

For Blues for an Alabama Sky, I developed and executed a marketing campaign that centered the play’s rich cultural history, emotional depth, and continued relevance. The production was recognized as a New York Times Critic’s Pick, a distinction that amplified its visibility and underscored its artistic impact. Through targeted advertising, digital storytelling, community partnerships, and audience engagement initiatives, the campaign highlighted Pearl Cleage’s powerful exploration of Black life, ambition, and resilience during the Harlem Renaissance. The strategy connected both longtime theatre patrons and new audiences to a story that remains as timely and resonant today as when it was first written.

We bring creativity and expertise to everything we do.
